Swans Reserves recruit new Physio

Our Reserves side have recruited a new Physio to assist with injuries throughout this season.

Having made the step up to the Humber Premier League Premier Division, there is more and more strain being put on the squad in terms of games played and the standard in which they’re played.

This can lead in injuries, and therefore the Reserves have snapped up young physio Rosie Margetson to help and treat the players.

Rosie will be working with the reserves side this season.

Barton Town’s reserves side are a thoroughly ran outfit, and are well drilled by manager Liam Graham.

When asked to introduce herself, she said:

“I am a second year university student studying BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitation and I am now able to offer sports therapy massage. This can include soft tissue massage, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.

“I hold a student BASRaT membership and I am fully insured. I am freelance so can provide this service in your own home using my mobile therapy bed.

“It’s available to anyone, it can be for any sports or doesn’t even have to be a sports person.”

We would like to welcome Rosie to the club and wish her the best of luck with both her studies and with the Reserves this season.
