It was a very windy day that greeted us today which did its best to ruin what was a times quite a competitive match despite the score line.
Plenty of chances came and went before we finally broke the deadlock then goals came largely thanks to great midfield play from Cole and Sam and some great forward play throughout from Harvey.
Max and Brendan were on constant threat down our wings and the support play from our fullbacks Hayden and Charlie making over lap runs was great to see.
Scoreline at halftime was 4-0 and could and should have been more.
The 2nd half started and we came out and dominated again and again with Leo and Harvey running at their defence we caused them all sorts of problems. Changes were made as we looked to keep a clean sheet and with George and Shayne looking after the back line a clean sheet was fully deserved.
The match ended 9-0 and on another day and less wind it could have been more.
We move onto next Sunday now against a good side away at Bottesford in a bit of a 6-pointer in the middle of the table.
