Taron Hare signs and is appointed captain
3rd July 2020Barton Town are delighted to welcome back Taron Hare for the 2020/21 season.
The centre half returns to the Easy Buy Stadium for the new campaign and will be the club captain for Rob Watson’s side.
The former Scunthorpe United Academy player joined the Swans midway through last season under Craig Denton and Watson. He made 13 appearances and scored in our 3-0 win over AFC Mansfield with an incredible solo effort.
Taron has played for the likes of North Ferriby in the past, being part of their side that spent a season in the Conference.
A pacey defender who is good at neutralising any attacks, Taron will be looking to lead by example when the season eventually starts.
