Player Retained – Jack Tanser
15th July 2022Barton Town are delighted to announce that Jack Tanser has returned for the 2022/23 season.
The midfielder joined the Swans last season under dual registration with Ossett United, and made 22 appearances for the club, scoring his only goal in a 3-1 win away at Handsworth.
A tall but elegant player, Jack has great vision and is going to be an important part of Nathan Jarman’s side going forward. While squad depth is key, Jack will certainly be pushing for a starting role in the side come the new season.
He has made appearances in both our friendlies so far and looks to have picked up where he left off last season. Another exciting returning player from last season’s side.
