A tough match at home against Crowle in which we have had many battles with in the last few years, today was no different.

As the match kicked off they where definitely the better team putting a lot of pressure on our goal, our defence and our goalkeeper were extremely busy trying to keep them out and to be fair we were up to that challenge. We were battling hard, Joseph pulled off many saves, unfortunately they scored twice early on and one goal towards the end of the half.

We were producing chances, two from Kyle and two from Tomis, and then we were rewarded with a fine goal from Oscar.

As the second half began they kept up the pressure, this was probably the toughest game the defence and goalkeeper have had all season but our players did not give up. Alfie took a ball to the face and the rest of the team would battle on, Oscar, who found his shooting boots today, got his second goal of the game and everything was there for us to play for.

We produced six chances in the second half from Oscar, Ruben, Tomis and Kyle, Tomis was very close to scoring goal of the season with a thunderbolt that hit the post.

Crowle would score two more in the second half in what was a very tough game.

We battled hard and we go again, Oscar won both parents and players player of the match and Joseph won the managers player.
