Under 10’s in bruising battle at App Frod Saints

After a very close game earlier in the season against App Frod Saints we now faced them away from home in a tough match.

It had been raining and was a little windy but not too cold, the first half kicked off and Joseph who was playing in goal was straight into the thick of the action, App Frod were creating chances and both Joseph and Tomis who were playing in defence stood up to the challenge.

Most of the football was played in midfield and it was a battle again all of the team was playing well. We only created one chance in the first half from Harry, as the first half came to a close we knew this was going to be a close match.

The second half kicked off and we probably raised our game our football improved players like Kian, Oakley, Jake and Flyn was working very hard.

Harvey took one for the team a blow on the head that might have stopped the ball going in the back of the net, the team was working hard.

We created four chances in the second half from Harry, Kian and both Patrick and Alfie chasing a ball down towards the goal.

In the last five minutes we was probably the better team, we came off the pitch tired but knowing each player had put a shift in well done team.

Players player went to Kian.
