Swans sign Iwan Heeley from Selby Town
31st October 2023Barton Town are delighted to announce the signing of Iwan Heeley from NCEL Division One side Selby Town.
Iwan was Selby’s captain, and has scored nine goals from midfield this season in 14 appearances for the Robins. A strong central midfielder with an eye for goal and is a tough tackling all action player.
As well as Selby, Iwan has previously played for North Ferriby, Tadcaster Albion, Pickering Town, and Brighouse Town.
Once cleared by the NCEL, Iwan will be in line to make his debut for the Swans in our home tie against Maltby Main on Tuesday 7 November.
