Henry Parr retained by the Swans for 2023/24 season

Barton Town are delighted to announce that Henry Parr will remain at the club for the 2023/24 season.

The young winger joined the club on a dual registration deal with Cleethorpes Town and made 28 appearances for the Swans, most of which came from the bench. He scored once in our draw away at Golcar, and is now raring to go for the new season.

A quick and tricky winger, Henry is a left sided player who is developing into an excellent winger. This season he will be looking to push on and fight for a permanent spot in the starting XI.

“It’s great to have Henry back with us, full time this time around,” Swans boss Nathan Jarman commented. “He’s been off coaching in Jamaica this summer and we threw him in at the deep end on Saturday with the track runs. He’s obviously a fit lad and he wants to play as high as possible. His attitude and demeanour are a testament to his parents and I’m looking forward to seeing him kick on now and cement a first team place.”
