Swans sign Mark Gray on dual registration

Barton Town are delighted to announce the signing of Mark Gray from Lincoln United.

Mark, 28, is a centre half with bags of experience from higher levels of football. His previous clubs include Cleethorpes Town and North Ferriby United, playing alongside Taron Hare in the Conference for the Villagers.

Born in Grimsby, Mark comes into our side after this weekend and will surely boost the defensive ranks with Chris Salt and Ash Cooper both out for the season.

“I’m really pleased that we got Mark Gray in with us. He signs on dual registration, he’s a player with vast amounts of experience, he’s represented the likes of Cleethorpes and North Ferriby and currently at Lincoln United.

“Mark will join up with us after the weekend after he’s represented Lincoln United and we welcome him to the football club and he’ll come with a no nonsense centre back attitude and we’re absolutely delighted he’s agreed to come and represent the Swans and hopefully we’ll see him sooner rather than later in a Barton shirt.”

Welcome to Barton Town Mark.
