Swans re-sign Start for new season

Barton Town are pleased to announce the return of Robbie Start for the 2020/21 season.

Robbie made seven appearances for the Swans last season before fracturing his ankle in the 3-0 win over AFC Mansfield in December. He returned for the last two games of the season before it was cut short due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

A full back/wing back, Robbie provides pace and some attacking firepower going forward. The man of many hairstyles, Robbie can swing a cross in and is raring to go for the new season.

Swans boss Rob Watson said: “Robbie has been retained from last year and was one of the first signings we made last season when we came in.”

Robbie has played for the likes of Winterton Rangers and Hall Road Rangers in the past but is a Swan for the foreseeable future.
