We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Hall Road Rangers and Haworth Park in particular Dave Reader for all their understanding, cooperation and support in recent years. The club and its staff have supported us a great deal whilst Hull City Ladies FC have been playing at Haworth Park. We wish them the very best luck for the future and remain positive supporters and friends.

We would also like to thank North Cave Playing Fields for their support and help throughout 2022 with Hull City Ladies Reserves being offered facilities at short notice and ongoing support. The facilities and people have been exceptional in welcoming us and we look forward to the Reserves playing all 2022/23 home games from the venue. Summer training will also see the Tigresses train from North Cave Playing Fields.

Easy Buy Stadium, Barton. To be the new home for Hull City Ladies FC 2022/23 football season

As an ever evolving and fast growing club, we continue to need to make changes and ensure that we meet requirements and standards that are set out by the FA at this level. Moving away from Hull was a very difficult decision and one that did not take place without consultation with our players, staff, committee and supporters. Having previously playing at the ground, feedback about the Easy Buy Stadium has been incredibly positive with fantastic playing facilities for the Tigresses and a welcoming environment for the fans, supporters and sponsors to enjoy which meet the specific requirements expected.

It was fantastic to see good crowds this year at the Easy Buy Stadium when we have needed to utilise their facilities. We are so grateful to all supporters who made the short journey across the Humber Bridge and we look forward to seeing familiar and new faces at the Easy Buy Stadium next season. We also have plans in place to welcome new supporters who live in Hull, Barton and surrounding areas of East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

It will be wonderful to host groups with hospitality packages at the Stadium, providing them with  sponsorship including pre-match meals, refreshments, programmes, photography and much more. Inviting them to be part of an enjoyable and memorable day, whether it’s a work event, celebration or birthday treat, we’ve got it covered.

Hull City Ladies Managing Director Danny Johnson said: “We are delighted to announce that Hull City Ladies FC first team will be playing games at Easy Buy Stadium. It is important for our club, the players, supporters and women and girls football as a whole, that we are keeping up with FA expectations and the objectives set out with facilities being one of a number of key areas, that are within the new FA Women’s National League Strategy.

The Tigresses will be playing in National League Tier 4 for the upcoming season having been relegated this season. We have been very unfortunate throughout the season with a number of games and with a little more luck would have picked up more points. The club has a vision and goal set and everyone at the club is working hard to achieve this.

We have listened to our players, staff and supporters and working alongside the FAWNL and FA we are continually working hard both on and off the field to create an environment and experience in which their needs and wishes will be met, not just for this season but in years to come.”

Barton Town FC Chairman Mark Gregory said: “We are proud to host Hull City Ladies Football club at the East Buy Stadium, They are a very professional team and carry the same ambitions as ourselves, The committee are very organised and put on a excellent show on game days and work very hard to achieve this on the field and behind the scenes. This also helps us in Barton to promote ladies football in the area and hope to attract some new supporters and hopefully set up a team for ourselves one day. The ladies game has grown and grown and we want to help Hull City Ladies progress where we can. Looking forward to working with them this season.”
