Anthony Bowsley appointed new Swans Manager

Barton Town are delighted to announce the appointment of Anthony Bowsley as Manager of the club. Anthony replaces Danny North, who left the club last week.

Bowsley, who had a previous playing spell for the club, boasts an impressive CV, being assistant to Brett Agnew at Bridlington Town when they achieved promotion from the NCEL and more recently, was assistant to Dave Ricardo as Beverley Town sealed promotion from NCEL Division One last season.

Swans Chairman Mark Gregory was happy to get his man: “I’m delighted to welcome Anthony to the club. Happy to get this over the line, as Anthony’s CV is impressive, and his visions align perfectly with the clubs. We want to take Barton to the next level, and we’re hoping with Anthony, we can achieve it.”

Anthony’s assistant and coaching team will be announced in due course. We welcome Anthony to the club and wish him the best in the role.
