The 21 year old midfielder joins the Swans and was boss Danny North’s first signing for the club.
Owen has an impressive footballing CV despite his age, having won the NCEL Premier Division title with Borough in the 2021/22 season. He’s also been playing in step four consistently over the last season and a half. He now joins the Swans to bolster our midfield options.
