Reserves Match Preview – Grantham Town Academy (Cup)

The Reserves welcome Grantham Town Academy back to the Easy Buy Stadium for the Challenge Cup Quarter Final on Saturday.
Stefan Wolkowski’s side narrowly lost out to the table-topping side when they visited Barton in the league fixture just a couple of weeks ago, and now is the time for the Swans to take revenge.
Wolkowski is missing this weekend as he’s away, so coach Chris Rodgers is taking the side, with a little help from first team Manager Nathan Jarman.
Form
Both teams are in decent form, over the last ten games the Swans are one of the most in-form sides in the league. They’ve won seven, drawn one, and lost two. Meanwhile Grantham have won four, drawn four, and lost twice.

With a few players still out with injuries, such as Cole Page, and Tad Dixon, Rodgers can call on first team trio Kian Salter, Jacob Sweeting and Kadey Phillips, all of whom have played for the Reserves this season.
