Club Statement – Nathan Jarman

Barton Town Football Club can confirm that we have parted company with first team Manager Nathan Jarman by mutual consent.

Joining the Swans in Summer 2021, Nathan, along with assistant Danny North, steered the club to two seventh place finishes in the NCEL Premier Division and also won the NCEL League Cup in 2022. Barton’s first piece of silverware in 16 years.

The club would like to place on record its sincere thanks to Nathan for all his hard work over the last two and a half years and we wish him the very best of luck in the future.

In the meantime, Danny North will take over as Manager until the end of the season. Danny said: “The circumstances weren’t ideal, but I’m happy to be given the chance to manage Barton Town. I’d also like to thank Jarmo for giving me the opportunity to be his assistant for the last two and a half years.”

Danny’s first game in charge will be our trip to Knaresborough Town a week on Saturday.
